01) Job Description for the Business Development Role:
Business development lead
The responsibility includes marketing and selling events to sponsorand to participants.
She/he should be self-motivated to engage with potential sponsors and provide marketing and branding solutions to the targeted brands.
Graduates with good academic record, diploma / MBA in marketing t and 1-4 years of experience in relevant events and sports management company preferred.
- Will be responsible to generate sponsorships for oursporting events.
- Engage with corporates, groups and influencers to generate registrations for the events.
- Liaise with corporates to propose tailor made sports events.
- Generate business opportunities for the organization in new event space.
- Conceptualize and anchor event expo sales.
- Engage with running groups and forums to promote events and sustain interests in our events.
- Explore cross selling opportunities in merchandise and other services

02) Job Description for the Operations Lead:
Event operations lead will be responsible to production of high quality sporting events meeting and surpassing stringent quality standards.
She/he should be self-motivated to work with a small team to ensure production of the race addressing all the needs of the event considering the challenging race requirements.
Graduates with good academic record with 1-4 years of experience in relevant events and sports management company preferred. A diploma / post-graduation in sports management is an added advantage.
- Will be responsible to for the pre-race promotion and race kit distribution logistics (both men and material).
- Work with corporates to generate registrations for the events.
- Execute projects tailor made sporting events for corporates and groups.
- Engage with business development team to conceptualize events and support them in the pre-sales cycle.
- Anchor the race day setup addressing all the venue requirements in a timely manner.
- Train and co-ordinate all volunteer needs for the events.
- Lead a small team of production staff and fulfill all event operation requirements.
- Measure course to the standards specified by Association of International Marathons
- Ensure the race is run with the highest safety standards prescribed for international running events.
- Anchor the event day venue setup, aid station setup, volunteer co-ordination, mile marker setup, mile marking, start-finish area setup, medical station setup, warm-up zone setup etc.
